If you’ve left the Regular Army in the last six years, you could re-join as a Reservist and get incentive payments of up to £10,000. Provided you meet the full Reservist commitment, your payments will be split over four years. You’ll find that Reserve service is flexible too, so you can fit it around your civilian career.
