It's great to see that spousal employment is now high on the MOD's agenda; retention is a huge driver and if you're married to someone in the Forces, finding gainful employment is, dare we say it, becoming easier. We are witnessing more employers actively recruiting spouses, although there remains work to be done, particularly when it comes to informing and educating employers on how they can benefit by tapping into this workforce.
Spousal employment still comes with its challenges and that is where we come in, both for the military spouse and the recruiter. Thank you for taking the time to read our newsletter.

We are delighted to report that we were presented with the Silver award, in recoginition of our alignment with the Armed Forces Covenant and our pledge to the Forces community.
